You have to respect some steps: - you have to put in a measuring cup: yeast warm water and sugar after mix them and let sit for three minutes.
- Combine the flour and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the oil to the yeast mixture and add to the flour.
Stir to incorporate.
- Use your hand to bring the dough together in the bowl.
Place the dough on a floured counter and knead for 10 minutes.
- Place back the dough in bowl and cover.
Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Flour the top of the dough.
Cut the dough into two round balls and repeat the fallowing steps for each piece.
- Pick up the disk of dough and pinch the dough about 1 2 inch from the edge.
- After baking seasoning the dough and insert it in the oven until it is ready.
